Nanterre Court is a development of 48 retirement apartments on Hempstead Road in Watford.  The development is currently under construction and we look forward to opening a temporary sales office on site during November.  We anticipate that a show complex will be available for viewing in January and the first residents will be able to move into Nanterre Court in the Spring.

Watford town centre and the Harlequin shopping Centre are within a mile of Nanterre Court and offer some excellent facilities.  The town centre is also home to the Watford Palace Theatre, which is the only producing theatre in Hertfordshire.  Also nearby is Cassiobury Park, which was formed from the grounds of Cassiobury House and consists of 190 acres of open space.

As well as a great local bus service, Watford boasts both rail and underground connections.  Major road connections are easy as Watford is close to the M25 motorway that rings London and the M1 motorway.
