Only 20 miles from the county town of Taunton, the town offers beautiful scenery, plenty of activities and the longest steam heritage railway in the country. There are delightful places to visit on Exmoor itself such as Langley Marsh; Nettlecombe and Kingsbridge.

The Retirement Living retirement flats will be in The Parks, only 300 metres level walk away from the town centre where there are food and retail shops, banks, a Post Office, dentist and pharmacy. There are plenty of bus services available allowing access to the surrounding towns and villages such as Tivington and Watchet; as well as the main bus route from Minehead to Bridgwater; Taunton; Tilverton and Dulverton. The nearest railway station is at Taunton, and Exeter airport is 50 miles away.

The Minehead development is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our hope to construct independent living retirement flats for the over 60s.

Should planning be achieved, the retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and facilities. Key retirement living related features of the development will include a communal residents' lounge, a guest suite, laundry room and a lift that will provide access to all floors.
