Howden is a small market town and civil parish in East Yorkshire and lies North of the M62 and M18, 3 miles North of Goole and 17 miles South-West of York. Howden holds a significant historic importance with William the Conqueror giving the town to the Bishops of Durham in 1080. The Minster with its 135 feet high tower is a significant feature of the local landscape.
Planning permission has now been achieved and construction is due to begin in August 2012, sales release is expected in November 2012 with first occupations taking place in July 2013.
