Gorseinon is an established town close to the Loughor Estuary and the surrounding Welsh coastline.  Approximately 8 miles from Swansea City Centre, it is well placed to take advantage of all that Wales' second city has to offer while enjoying the atmosphere of a smaller town.  Cwrt Hywel is ideally located for the local shops.  There are numerous outlets including Supermarkets, Butchers, Greengrocers, a Post Office and Newsagent.  The town bus station offers a regular bus service to Swansea.
