Ingles Road, where the site is located, is ideally situated for the main shopping area and the beach, and is close to bus stops, Folkestone Central train station and Royal Victoria Hospital.
The Folkestone development is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our intention to construct independent living retirement flats for the over 60's.
The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and building.
