New retirement apartments planned for sale in Folkestone, Kent.

The Folkestone White Horse is carved on Cheriton Hill above the Channel Tunnel terminal, and nearby Brockhill Country Park has links with the Royal Military Canal at Hythe. The town is home to two important Battle of Britain landmarks - the Battle of Britain Memorial, Capel-le-Ferne and the Kent Battle of Britain Museum. 

Folkestone is situated at the foot of the North Downs, with views of the surrounding countryside and the coast of France, and enjoys excellent transport links overseas via the Channel Tunnel and inland by train, bus and car.

Ingles Road, where the site is located, is ideally situated for the main shopping area and the beach, and is close to bus stops, Folkestone Central train station and Royal Victoria Hospital. 

The Folkestone development is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our intention to construct independent living retirement flats for the over 60's.

The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and building. Key retirement living related features of the development will include a communal residents' lounge, a guest suite, laundry room and a lift that will provide access to all floors.

The perfect environment for those in retirement, homes in this retirement development will each contain a bedroom, living room, kitchen and shower room with level access shower and the option to change to a bath if required.
