Edenbridge is a town and civil parish in the Sevenoaks district of Kent. It is located on the upper floodplain of the river Medway on the Kent and Surrey border, close to Tonbridge and Royal Tunbridge Wells, and only 15 minutes from the M25.  There are two railway stations serving Edenbridge: Edenbridge in Marlpit Hill, and Edenbridge Town. One line connects Redhill to Tonbridge, and the other serves Brighton and London.

There are many local pubs and restaurants both in the town and the local villages such as Den Cross, Marsh Green, Four Elms, Cowden and Crockham Hill.  Hever Castle, the childhood home of Anne Boleyn is a short trip away, and there are interesting walks and trails in the Eden Valley.  The surrounding countryside is characterised by farmland, quiet country lanes, rolling hills and woodland.

The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the development including maintenance of the grounds and building.
