New retirement apartments planned for sale in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Eastbourne was crowned "Sunniest Place in Great Britain" in 2007, thanks to its sheltered situation on the South Downs.   Just 44 miles south of the M25 on the south coast, and one hour from London Gatwick by road or rail, Eastbourne enjoys frequent direct trains to London Victoria, Gatwick and Ashford International (Eurostar).   Key approach roads include the M23 motorway, A27 and A22 trunk roads and the scenic coastal A259 via Pevensey to Eastbourne and Old Town, and westward to Beachy Head and East Dean. 

Eastbourne is surrounded by beautiful countryside.  Beachy Head is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and marks the start of the 100 mile South Downs Way for walking, cycling and horse riding.   There are good bus links to the local areas including Hampden Park, Willingdon and Ratton.

Situated on Jevington Gardens, the retirement homes are located in a quiet residential area less than a mile from Eastbourne town centre.  The seafront and a small parade of local shops including a newsagent, chemist and hair salon are only 0.2 miles away from the planned retirement apartments.

The Eastbourne development is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our intention to construct Assisted Living retirement apartments for the over 70's.
