The seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea in Essex with its award winning beach and pleasure pier, is the largest town on the Tendring Peninsula.  It is located 4 miles east of Colchester, between Frinton-on-Sea, Jaywick, and Holland-on-Sea along the coastline, and Great Clacton to the north.

Clacton-on-Sea is well served by transport links.  The station is a short walk from the beach and offers frequent daily direct services to and from London Liverpool Street to the Essex Sunshine Coast. 

Clacton Pier was built by Peter Schuyler Bruff in July 1877, and boasts many fairground rides, with a fully renovated undercover fairground.  Clacton also has many other attractions such as, arcades, a golf course, caravan parks and an air field. The town has a bustling shopping arena with a Factory Shopping Village and plenty of amenities.  There are two theatres, the West Cliff Theatre and the Princes Theatre.  Annual activities include Clacton Carnival and Clacton Airshow, an aerial display involving historic aircraft such as the Lancaster Bomber, Spitfire, helicopters and the Red Arrows. 

The Clacton-on-Sea development is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our intention to construct independent living retirement flats for the over 60's.  Situated on Carnarvon Road, these retirement flats will enjoy a prominent position a few minutes from the seafront.

The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and building. Key retirement living related features of the development will include a communal residents' lounge, a guest suite, laundry room and a lift that will provide access to all floors.

The perfect environment for those in retirement, homes in this retirement development will each contain a bedroom, living room, kitchen and shower room with level access shower and the option to change to a bath if required.
