Browning Court consists of 36 apartments, 8 two bedroom and 28 one bedroom apartments.  Over 50% are now reserved though there are still a variety of one and two bedroom apartments available.

Fenham is a predominantly residential area on the west side of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.  The area enjoys a large number of local shops and services, good transport links provide access to Newcastle City Centre which is approximately 4 miles from Fenham.

The city of Newcastle dates from Roman times with evidence of a settlement going back to 120AD.  The City gained its name from the ‘new - castle' built by Robert Curthose, son of William the Conqueror, in 1080.
