Basingstoke is recorded as being a market site in the Doomsday Book, and has held a regular Wednesday market since 1214.
Basingstoke mainline railway station is located approximately 700 metres from the site allowing easy transport links to the surrounding area including Hook; Tadley; Whitchurch and further afield to Winchester and Southampton. The Aquadrome swimming pool and leisure centre is situated just outside the town, where there is also an ice rink, bowling alley, bingo club and 10 screen cinema.
The development in Basingstoke is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our intention to construct independent living retirement flats for the over 60's.
