New retirement apartments planned for sale in Attleborough, Norfolk.

Once famous for its cider works (depicted on the town sign) and for producing turkeys (which used to make the journey to the London markets on foot), Attleborough is a pretty Norfolk parish town with a shopping centre set around an attractive green.  The town has a railway station and good transport links to Norwich and popular Norfolk destinations such as Wyndham; Diss: Watton; Great Ellingham; Old Buckenham, New Buckenham and the Norfolk Broads.  There is a weekly market on Thursdays and local attractions include The Peter Beales Roses Garden; Old Buckenham Mill; Wensum Fisheries; New Buckenham Castle; Banham Zoo and the only English Whisky distillery, all less than 5 miles away.

The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and building. Key retirement living related features of the development will include a communal residents' lounge, a guest suite, laundry room and a lift that will provide access to all floors.
