New retirement apartments planned for sale in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.

Abergavenny has excellent transport links to the South, Mid and West Wales and the Midlands via the A40 and the A465 trunk roads, and the town's railway station offers services to Newport, Cardiff, Swansea and Bristol.  A network of buses allows access to the surrounding towns and villages including Pontypool, Llanwenarth; Gilwern; Crickhowell and Brynmawr.  

Situated on Monmouth Road, the proposed Abergavenny retirement homes will be 100 metres level walk away from the town centre with its comprehensive range of shops, banks, Post Office, dentist and pharmacy, and only 400 metres from the railway station.  

The Abergavenny development is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our hope to construct independent living retirement flats for the over 60's.  

The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and building. Key retirement living related features of the development will include a communal residents' lounge, a guest suite, laundry room and a lift that will provide access to all floors.
