Situated to the south of the high street in the Bitterne Park Triangle, these planned retirement homes will enjoy a prominent position on the banks of the River Itchen and opposite Riverside Park.  Local amenities are located within 1 mile of the retirement flats where banks, supermarkets, a pharmacy and a selection of national retailers can be found.  The bus stop is 50 metres away and provides regular buses to Southampton City Centre and neighbouring areas such as St Denys, Portswood, Eastleigh and Bitterne Manor.  Trains are available from the main line station of Bitterne which is only half a mile away.

The Southampton development is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our intention to construct independent living retirement flats for the over 60's.

The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and building.  Key retirement living related features of the development will include a communal residents' lounge, a guest suite, laundry room and a lift that will provide access to all floors.
