Company Ethos At McCarthy & Stone employees are central to the delivery of our business objectives. We currently employ in excess of 600 people and recognise that attracting and retaining employees is only possible if we create the right working environment and provide opportunities for personal development. We have a Learning & Development function which provides a wide curriculum of courses. Our Performance Appraisal Process (PAR), which takes place twice a year, includes a personal development plan which we encourage employees and managers to discuss on a regular basis. We constantly aim to improve our communication with employees through various media, including our intranet site ‘The McStoneZone’.
Company Values At a series of recent road shows around the country we asked all our employees to choose the Values that meant the most to them and best describe how we want to work with our customers, our colleagues and our suppliers and sub-contractors.
