Annuity Incentive
|
Home When you complete on a brand new McCarthy & Stone retirement apartment before 17th February 2012, we will pay for an annuity for you so that you receive £100 a month (less basic rate tax)*, every month for the rest of your life. No catches, just £100 a month! How does it work? Quite simply McCarthy & Stone will purchase what’s called an Annuity on behalf of every household who purchases a brand new retirement apartment. In the case of couples, you can choose in whose name the annuity is purchased. This will then guarantee that you receive £100 a month (less basic rate tax)* payable to the named individual for the rest of their life. The amount you receive per month will change if the basic rate of tax changes. The money will be paid direct into your nominated bank or savings account around the same time each and every month – there are no catches and no gimmicks. Just think what you could do with an extra £100* a month for life! Take a friend out for the day, treat your grandchildren, put it towards the shopping? How about a new outfit for that special occasion? You could even tuck it away for the future. For more details of this exceptional offer, which is available for a limited period only, call us soon. You’ll not be disappointed! * Not available in conjunction with any other offer. Offer available at selected sites and subject to completion by 17th February 2012. If there is more than one resident, you can choose in which resident's name the annuity is purchased. The applicable rate of basic rate tax may be deducted from each annuity payment by the annuity provider. The amount you receive each month will change if the basic rate of tax changes. Higher rate taxpayers may be liable to additional taxation. You may need to take independent financial advice. The annuity will be arranged by independent financial advisers, Goddard Perry Consulting Ltd. McCarthy & Stone Retirement Lifestyles Ltd is an introducer appointed representative of Goddard Perry Consulting Ltd which is authorised by the Financial Services Authority. |
